Pre-placement blackboard message from Seb // Funny buses // Gemma's amazing Cambridge Satchel // practising my cursive writing for placement // Eddie in his ball // Burns poems // Burns dinners; haggis, neeps and tatties // face mask pout // my cute hamster card
Well, what a couple of weeks I have had!
2 weeks of placement has passed, and yes they went super quickly but it also feels like it has dragged! I have so much work to do but I feel like I've done like none of yet :/ ugh so confused with life.
I'm enjoying my placement but not enjoying constantly being watched by people. Only one more week left then it's full responsibility meaning ALL BY MYSELF. I'm actually looking forward to this!! Freedom!
So basically I don't have a life right now. I maybe should have made this blog in March, once I was finished uni...oh well.

PHOTO DIARY #1
Cafe Andaluz with Seb // Cute lunchbox for Placement! // A night of popping bubble wrap // I bought an encyclopedia on ALL the animals! // Dissertation reading // Nails Inc giftset from Seb's mum // My cute pandas! // Lovely message from my mum when I returned from Uni // Unbelievably excited for Les Mis!
I really doubt I'll have any interesting photo diaries for a while because my placement starts on Monday for 10 weeks but I will try and document my life as best as I can!
I'm trying to change my blog atm so that's why it's a bit all over the place. I used to be so good with HTML but I've lost all my knowledge! grr!

Nails Inc. 'The Paparazzi'
I have a literature review to write for Monday. I have 300 words and I need 2200 more. UH OH.
So I thought I would write about my new nail varnishes instead of looking at that.

Top Row: Nottinghill Gate, Portobello, Holland Park, Baker Street, Docklands.
Middle Row: Elizabeth St, Porchester Square, The Thames, Bruton Mews, Richmond Terrace.
Bottom Row: The Boltons, Chelsea Embankment, Sloane Square, Park Street, Chelsea Square
I received this as a Christmas present from Seb's parents and I LOVE IT! I've only ever used Nails Inc nail varnishes when I got them free with magazines...BUT they are so worth the money! I'm not too sure how much this pack was because I couldn't find it on the website but I'm guessing it was about £20+. Completely worth it though.
I love the range of colours! The top row is filled with bright shades, my favourite being the purple shade (Holland Park) and the red shade (Docklands). I think they're really pretty. I tend not too wear too bright nail varnish because of my job.
I think the middle row is perfect for having 'mature' looking nails. I actually love all the colours and would definitely wear them regularly!
Now, now, now! The bottom row is what I would call PARTY row! Filled with sparkles, this is my type of nail varnish! I especially love the sparkly gold colour (Chelsea Embankment). It's soooo me.

I am really impressed by this brand! It was so easy to apply them and I would say that only 2 coats are needed to get a good coverage!
Definitely my favourite nail varnish brand now!

My FAVOURITE Moments of 2012
Happy New Year Guys!
The years keep going by super quickly now! Probably because we're getting older but I felt 2012 was the quickest! When I think back to what I did though, it feels like it was AGES away! I've decided to write down my favourite moments of 2012 because boy what a year it was!
February
YES I met James McAvoy!!! He was filming Filth by Irvine Welsh in Edinburgh literally just down the road from Uni! I had had a long day at Uni and thought just by chance I might catch a glimpse of him! I must have been super lucky (some might say super pushy) but I got to the front of the crowd and asked for a photo!! Haha! I cringe thinking back now but omg, best moment of my life!
I said to him, "You're one of my favourite actors!"
He replied "Thank you very much, you're very kind!"
LOL. Still get excited when I think about it now.
March
Myself and Seb attended his army cadets fancy dinner. I am so common compared to Seb's army friends. They all went to private school and go on about what 'mummy' or 'daddy' bought them. Despite this, I had a good night pretending I was rich. The meal was disgusting and our table were a bunch of bores BUT it was an experience that I probably won't experience again! We partied until 4am. I loved wearing a ballgown for the first time ever as well.
June

June was a good month. I visited the Harry Potter studios which were amazing!! I love Harry Potter so much!! Seeing all the props was so cool! My favourite bit was probably the Great Hall being revealed!! AMAZING.
My first ever West End Musical!! WICKEDDDDD! Oh my god. I loved it. Thinking about going to see it with Nikki when we go to London! It was spectacular!
IT WAS ALSO THE QUEEN'S DIAMOND JUBILEE AND I WAS IN LONDON CELEBRATING!! We went to the Thames River Pageant and saw the Royal Family on their boat! So crazy! We didn't go to the concert because we were at Harry Potter studios. We tried to get to Buckingham Palace on the balcony day but there were far too many people :( Such an amazing atmosphere though.

I got my first ever pet!! Meet Eddie my hamster. He is the cutest littlest thing ever! I love him!
August
THE OLYMPICS!! I loved them!!! Team GB won their first gold on my 21st birthday haha! The above picture is one of Chris Hoy's golden postbox in Edinburgh. I think I still have post olympic blues!
August
I returned to London when I visited Seb in Bath. His parents bought me and Seb tickets to go see Matilda for my birthday. BEST MUSICAL I HAVE EVER SEEN. AMAZING!
So there's my favourite moments! What are yours?
