I passed my DRIVING TEST!!
I think I am still in shock!!
I was literally in shock because it definitely was not my best driving! I was super nervous (as you can imagine) and was making silly little errors like having my foot on the clutch and the accelerator! But hey ho, I soldiered on. We went up a relatively tough route - think big hills and tight corners! I actually clipped the kerb on a corner with my car and thought I had failed it there. I then had to do a parallel park going down a hill - never had to do one going down a hill before!! And again I thought I had hit the kerb. I thought it was going disastrously! So you can imagine my relief when we get back to the test centre and the lady told me I had passed!! Albeit with 7 minors but I don't care about them because a pass is still a pass! I have never been so excited to get home in my life!! My parents were so happy for me! Such an amazing feeling! It's good to know the £700 that you spent got you something in the end...
We celebrated by going to Nandos ha! Then my Mum and I thought we would have a look at cars, just a look. Well we went to Arnold Clark and instantly saw a bargain! A little 2010 Renault Twingo for only £4000 which is amazing! All the other cars I looked at were well over £5000. I have been saving for ages but I didn't want to spent ALL my money right there and then.
On Wednesday, I was able to go and collect it!! So surreal! On Monday morning I had just passed my test and already I had bought a car. Just crazy mental stuff.
Life is crazy but good.
