Feeling 22 // Birthday drinks with Becky // Fringe time! // Lovely cake for starting school // Look! I'm in the local paper! // Also in the schools newsletter! // My baby // Milk and Cookies // Best bedding ever!!
1. I turned 22 on August 1st so now I get to sing Taylor Swift's song! I so feel SUPER old! Do you like my percy pig cake? It looked amazing but tasted DISGUSTING! I didn't do much for my birthday! I went to Cafe Andaluz- my favourite restaurant in Edinburgh. Spanish tapas = amazing! Then came home and played my pointless boardgame. Oh yeah, I'm that cool.
2. Becky's birthday was the next day and we went to another spanish tapas place- La Tasca. I had loads of fun and slipped in a couple of cocktails and some sangria! Last train home was interesting though!
3. The Edinburgh fringe is something that I love and hate in equal measures. It's great because everything is open all the time and there's lots to do but it is horrendously bad for travelling in. There are just people EVERYWHERE. So annoying haha! Seb and I went to see David O'Doherty which is one of my fave comedians! He was HILARIOUS. Loved it!
4. Nikki baked me a cake for my first day as a teacher! It was such a nice thing to do! She starts her new job tomorrow so I better go and get her something as well!
5. Look!! I'm in the local newspaper! I'm such a celebrity!!!
6. I'm officially a teacher! It is tough but I think I'm enjoying it at the same time! It doesn't feel like I'm working and I'm never counting down the hours until hometime so that's a good thing.
7. How cute is my little hamster? I never see him because I'm so shattered nowadays so I'm always in bed when he's awake :(
It's hard to take lots of photos when I'm constantly working!
