My first term at school was coming to an end so I thought I would celebrate by getting away from home and enjoying a new city. I love city breaks and although I've been to Amsterdam before, I really wanted to go again. So when my friend suggested it, I was really up for it!
We visited SO many places. Personal favourites were:
- Anne Frank's House- very emotional and thought provoking.
- Bols House- Smelling then tasting alcohol- my idea of fun!
- Heinekein Brewery. So much to do- very entertaining.
If you go to Amsterdam, DO NOT VISIT THE ICE BAR. It was awful!!! Wish I'd read the reviews before we went!
